Field Trip Cancellation Policy

| The festival committee reserves the right to cancel or revise any event for any reason. If it becomes necessary to cancel a field trip, we will try to place you on an alternative trip. If there is no other trip available that you would like to attend, we will refund the entire field trip fee. |
