Karen O'Neil has been an amateur birder for 22 years. She has led field trips for the Verde Valley Birding & Nature Festival since 2002 and leads field trips regularly for Prescott Audubon Society. She has traveled to many places in North America to see the birds, and still has many more places she wants to go in North America. She has also traveled to Central and South America for birding. Karen is actively involved in Audubon at both the local and state level, is a member of the Board of Directors of Prescott Creeks Preservation Association, and is a member of the American Birding Association.
