Policies:

Field Trip Cancellation Policy:
The festival committee reserves the right to cancel or revise any event for any reason. If it becomes necessary to cancel a field trip, we will try to place you on an alternative trip. If there is no other trip available that you would like to attend we will refund the entire field trip fee.

Refund Policy:

• The registration fee is non-refundable.
• If you change your plans and must cancel your festival reservation, you will be given a full refund as long as we hear from you before the end of business on April 8. Please let us know as soon as possible so we can accommodate those on our waiting list.
• If canceling after April 8, we will try to resell the space in the tour. If we do resell the space, you will be given a full refund. If not, we cannot offer a refund for that trip.
